American Camellia Yearbook, 1992, p.38, Reg. No.2246: A very large size, light blush coral pink, chance seedling of C.reticulata hybrid Curtain Call that blooms mid-season to late. Originated by David Hagmann, Orinda, California, USA. The 10 year old seedling first flowered 1986. The flower is 15 cm across x 10 cm deep with 17 basal petals and 15 rabbit ear petals, yellow anthers and light yellow filaments. Petals are of excellent substance with blush pink shading to light coral pink at tips. Plant growth is upright, spreading, open, and medium in rate with dark green leaves 12.5 cm long x 7.5 cm wide.
