ACS, The Camellia Journal, Mar. 2009, p.29, Regn No. 2756. Originated by John M Davy, Milton, Fla, USA. American Camellia Yearbook, 2008, p.126 with colour photo; A 25-30 year old seedling of Betty Sheffield, first flowered 1982. Propagated by Panhandle Select LLC, Milton, Fla. The 12 cm diameter x 7.5 cm deep flower is white, peony form, with 3-4 layers of large broad petals and many central petaloids, bright yellow anthers and white filaments. Slight fragrance, heavy petal texture. Flowers mid-season. Dense, spreading growth at average rate. Dark green leaves average 10-11.5 cm x 4.5 cm.
