We are cordially inviting you and your friends to the 2025 International Camellia Congress in Tokyo during March 9 - 13th, 2025 at the Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, and its Pre- and Post-Congress Tours.

Course D (Yokohama and Saitama Tour Course)

Course E (Osaka and Kyoto)
This event will be useful not only for academic knowledge and in visiting many Camellia Gardens, but also in building fruitful network and spending an unforgettable time in Japan.
How to register
To register for the Congress you need to fill out the "Registration Form" and send it to Takayuki Tanaka camellia@tokai.ac.jp. As registrations will be processed on a “first-come, first-served” basis, please send us the registration form as soon as possible.

Deadlines for payment
- Start for accepting the application: May 20th, 2024
- Early Bird: September 30th, 2024. Please note after September 30 costs showing on the Instruction Sheet, will be re-confirmed and might need to be updated.
- Final deadline of the payment: November 30th, 2024
Deadlines for paper submissions
- Abstract submission: September 30th, 2024
- Full paper submission: November 30th, 2024
- Oral and Poster presentation: February 10th, 2025

Any volunteers on C Tour to try a traditional Japanese room with three people please?The "Oshima Onsen Hotel" is the best hotel in Oshima. The capacity of the hotel rooms is limited, only six bed rooms (European style twin room) and 26 traditional Japanese style rooms (for family, 3-5 persons). Therefore, we have been asked to encourage participants to select a traditional Japanese style room for three people. Otherwise, most of the participants who want to stay in the double bed room (actually twin room) and all of the participants who want to stay alone (single room) must stay in the second good hotel (Hotel Shiraiwa, hot spring hotel too) in Oshima, where they have European style bed rooms, both single and twin rooms. The choice is yours, but why not giving it a try? It’s only for one night! We will reduce the cost by 5.000 Yen each (10.000 Yen) to the couple who is changing from double-bedroom to triple room. The friend who will change from a single room to the triple room will pay 10.000 Yen less. Same condition applies for the Hotel Chinzanso. Thank you for considering.
