The 2020 International Camellia Congress in Goto has been canceled due to effects of the new Coronavirus.
This congress including the pre and post tour was planned to travel from Kyushu to Kanto.
There is no denying that participants may become infected in any of the areas during the itinerary or on the way to Japan from their country.
In addition, the participants and the people of the island have been worried about the congress being held under this condition, and cancellations are being made by the participants one after another.
The Organizing Committee believes that consideration to the safety and health of the participants is paramount.
The situation in Japan regarding the virus is getting worse every day, and I apologize for the decision to cancel the congress and tours at this close time.
We are very sorry for you inconvenience, but if there is any transportation and/or accommodation arrangements made on your side apart from the congress and the tour, please cancel as your own risk.
Cancellation fee regarding those cancellation will owe by your own.
